What you should know about tours
Tours can and have sold out in the past, so Register EARLY!!! Tours will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants are not reached. Tours will meet in the Lobby at the scheduled time, approximately 15 minutes prior to departure time. Tours will depart on time – buses will not be held for late arrivals or no shows – no refunds will be given for missed tours.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Registration fees are 100 percent refundable through February 16, 2008. After Feb 16, 2008 all fees are nonrefundable and substitutions are encouraged. Call the NETA office and notify us of the change. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. A service fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds processed.
