PowerTest 2021 COVID-19 Safety
Welcome to PowerTest 2021. Safety and quality are at the heart of PowerTest. This year, PowerTest will
incorporate safety protocols to help keep attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and organizers safe.
On-site at PowerTest, attendees will be required to:
Refrain from handshakes
Wear masks that cover the nose and mouth
Maintain social distance (6 feet) from others
Follow one-way traffic flow in common areas, hallways, and expo hall
Utilize sanitization stations located throughout the meeting space and expo hall
Have their temperature taken, daily
Perform self-assessed health screenings
Dining precautions at PowerTest
include the following:
Table seating limited to 5
per round
Grab and go options for
the trade show luncheon
and breakfast
At the trade show, expect:
Signage naming expo rules:
Masks required
Flow traffic indicators
Refrain from handshakes
Maintain 6 feet of personal space
Name badges required for entry
Sanitization stations will be scattered throughout the hall
Meet and greet pullover areas for side meetings between attendees and exhibitors
Socially distanced eating and standing areas
Door prizes to be handled differently to minimize touchpoints
Designated entrance and exit only
Wider aisles
The on-site registration process will include:
Touchless check-in
Scan-and-go badge printing and QR code check-in
Marked social distancing at check-in
Plexiglass partition at the registration desk
Safety measures during sessions include:
Socially distanced seating in all meeting rooms, including the welcome/general session
Speakers will not share mics
Masks required unless speaking or seated
PLEASE NOTE:
A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where other
people are present. By attending PowerTest 2021, attendees voluntarily
assume all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19.
